This machine use 3 groups blade cutting, each groups 4 blade, top 2 balde and bottom 2 blade,ultra low cutting force strss, protect the board without deformation, it suitable for hardness aluminum and copper boards.

1, This unit separator is very suitable for led hard strip cutting, the whole pin board go through the blade, and separated to small single strip board.

2, 3 groups blade step separating, make sure the board cutting surface smooth, without glitch, well protected the boards without bent.

3, Special new design balde, durable 2 times than normal blade, also the top and bottom blade can be adjusted accurately.

4, The whole machine is high precision, easy to maintenance, safety operation.

5, The platform length has options for 1.2meter and 2.4 meter, also the platform can be fed with a trough to collect the separated boards conveniently.

6, The platform height can be adjusted, range 0~50mm.
