Machine Introduction

Single tube spiral valve is a precision volumetric metering and conveying product, suitable for various high-precision quantitative conveying situations. The single component screw pump adopts a spiral structure design, with the screw and stator self sealing design. The screw rotates in the stator cavity to achieve quantitative conveying function. The conveying process will not produce shear effects on the medium, nor will it affect the characteristics of the medium. At the same time, it can be easily broken by reverse suction through the motor, perfectly solving the problem of glue dripping and pulling during the dispensing process.

Stator and Rotor for Screw Valves

1. The stator core is made of materials such as FFKM, FKM, NBR, etc., which are optional. The stator casing is made of AL 7075, and after rotary milling, the surface is finely ground to improve surface smoothness. After whirlwind grinding, the surface is finely ground to improve high surface smoothness. The stator core and stator casing are die cast to ensure the accuracy of the stator rotor fit.
2. The material of the transmission shaft is SUS304, and the surface is finely ground after CNC lathe processing, which improves the high surface smoothness (0.40). The flexible shaft is wrapped in perfluoroelastomer to ensure that the screw will not suffocate due to the high-speed rotation of the transmission rod (up to a maximum speed of 2.2 revolutions per second).
3. The screw material is imported stainless steel, and the surface is finely ground by cyclone grinding before titanium plating, which improves the surface smoothness and wear resistance. Ceramic materials are also available for selection.
4. The combination of rotor and stator forms a sealed space, and the motor continuously extrudes glue particles by turning the rotor to form a stable spitting effect.
