Product introduction
This automatic conformal coating machine is used after the wave
soldering for the PCBA, it has the single coating machine option
and the whole coating line, the line which including the UV curing
oven and linking conveyors. The machine adopts multiple axis moving
system, driven by air pressure and servo motor, with doulbe
spraying valves, one for spraying coating, and ther other glue
dispensing valve for filling the edge places.

1. 3 axis driven platform adopts precision ball screw with Fuji
servo motor.
2. Achieve selective coating for various kinds of PCBA.
3. Straight line, circle, arc coating and dispensing.
4. Can effectively and evenly coat edge of the components,
eliminate the spray shadow effect.
5. Repeat ccuracy: ±0.02mm.
6. With high-speed, high reliability, high stability of the
transmission and control system.
7. 2 valves can switch spray and coating action automatically, to
achieve high-density PCB coating process.
8. With smart automatic width adjustment function (automatically
adjust after inputting the board width).
