Application of SPI AOI Buffer:
Data caching and processing:
SPI AOI Buffer temporarily stores solder paste inspection data
obtained from SPI inspection equipment.
By caching data, the continuity and efficiency of AOI inspection
can be ensured, and AOI inspection interruption caused by data
transmission delay can be avoided.
At the same time, Buffer will pre-process and filter the data, only
pass the key information required by AOI, and reduce the
calculation load of AOI system.
Inspection process optimization:
SPI AOI Buffer effectively couples the processes of SPI inspection
and AOI inspection.
Use the data cached by Buffer to provide the AOI system, so that
AOI does not need to repeatedly scan the inspected area.
It improves the efficiency and throughput of the entire inspection
process and shortens the product inspection time.
