Introduce
PCB Buffer Machine is an automated equipment used in the electronic
manufacturing process to manage and control the flow and buffering
of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) on the production line.
The main function of the PCB buffer machine is to balance and
control the flow of PCBs between different workstations to ensure
efficient operation of the production line. It is usually located
at key locations on the production line, such as before and after
the placement machine, and is used to adjust and balance the
incoming and outgoing speed of PCBs to adapt to the work rhythm
between different workstations.
The working principle of PCB buffer machine is generally as
follows:
1.PCB entry: PCBs enter the buffer machine from the previous
workstation, usually via a conveyor belt or conveyor system that
guides the PCBs to the buffer area.
2.Buffer: In the buffer area, PCBs are arranged and maintained at a
certain spacing and order. These buffers can be physical
compartments, conveyor belts, or other forms of mechanical
structures used to separate and store PCBs.
3.Control: The PCB buffer machine is equipped with a corresponding
control system that can monitor and control the flow of PCB. It can
adjust the incoming and outgoing speed and sequence of PCBs
according to the status and needs of the front and rear
workstations to ensure balanced and continuous operation of the
production line.
4.PCB export: When the PCB needs to enter the next workstation, the
buffer machine will release the PCB from the buffer area according
to the preset order and time, allowing it to enter the next
workstation for subsequent processing or assembly.
