Introduction
This automatic desktop type soldering machine is a hot sale
product, which using the teaching box for manual programing, adopt
the high quality stepper motor and timing belt to driving the
machine. The machine has the options for single or doulbe working
station, also the traveling range standard is 300*300mm, it can be
customized to fit customer's product requirement.

1. It's 3 Axis working, X/Y/Z and R rotation moving, achieve many
angle soldering purpose.
2. The machine has automatic cleaning function, the soldering
iron/tip without nitrogen, very safety and environment protective.
3. Taiwan brand sea surface temperature linear guide rail is used
for machine tool moving systems, with high precision and accuracy.
4. The machine control system can be made using a very mature
control board, and PLC can also be used.
5. Align the key position of the product with the iron head as the
base point, press the enter key, and the program will automatically
generate the point in the system, and then set the data for that
point, etc.
6. Adopting high-precision stepper motors and synchronous belt
drive systems, advanced motion control algorithms, effectively
improving motion positioning accuracy and repeatability.
7. The machine has an automatic cleaning function, which can make
soldering more stable and extend the service life of the soldering
iron.
8. Equipped with a handheld LCD teaching pendant, it is easy to
program, highly accurate, and easy to learn.
